There are many strategies for success that have been documented over the years, but I find that one small action makes a huge difference. If you implement this one strategy for success, you will set yourself up for success before the day even begins!

You may have heard it before but it is critical; Prepare for tomorrow the day or night beforehand. Yes, that’s it. Sounds easy right? Or, sounds like it won’t make that big of an impact right? Wrong!! Here’s why
Planning for tomorrow is critical to set yourself up for success. Some might question if you’re spending the same amount of time the night before as you do the next morning, it’s a net change of 0. But there is a significant difference. When you prepare for the next day, you have ample time to think and set up a successful strategy. Lay out your clothes, get your lunch ready, schedule in your exercise. When the morning comes, you won’t have to make any on the fly decisions. The morning won’t be as chaotic. You won’t have as many excuses that you didn’t exercise or take your lunch to work instead of buying a less healthy lunch.
I know you’ve heard of it before, you may have even tried it. Get back into the habit of planning for tomorrow. This is one of the most important strategies for success. Try it a few days and you’ll see what I mean. The days will just come easier, you’ll be more productive and get things done that you plan on doing.
